Powertrain remanufacturer ATC Drivetrain has acquired the UK-based company Treharne Automotive Engineering and its group companies.

Treharne and its group companies specialize in EV battery recycling as well as diagnostic and test equipment for powertrain systems. “ATC continues to build competencies that will support customers’ global needs in the EV and hybrid powertrain areas,” said ATC Drivetrain.
